173 Lyons Road, Sawtell
This is the first project that Binet Constructions worked with Dan Bowland on for a long standing client of the Binet family. The original house, was removed from site, to make way for a new two story duplex. The project environment involved a busy road in Sawtell, dense residential area and before constructions commenced we had to prepare the site by building retaining walls on three sides of the site to achieve finished floor height requirements. The focus of this was achieve a high level finish product whilst adhering to a strict budget and timeline, which Binet Constructions exceeded. Murray and the team were extremely happy with the completed result and continuously receive positive feedback on this project.
